Perfect beach house for a large family. Large private rooms with on-suite baths. Two family rooms and a dining room that accommodated everyone at dinner. Kitchen worked well for our chef who was able to work independently of what was going on in the house. The separate fridge and wet bar were very convenient. The neighborhood was quiet, and other owners and guest were friendly. Playground was ideal for the two- and four-year-old. The beach was essentially a private beach, with very easy access and an area for rinsing our equipment and ourselves.

We had a wonderful stay with family in this beautiful house. It was just as pictured online, beautifully decorated and very spacious. The location was perfect…right across the street from the beach access. We would definitely stay again!

Great stay at Eugenia

We had a wonderful 4 day stay at Eugenia over MLK weekend. The house is spacious, clean, and the location was perfect. The house is a one minute walk across the street to the nearest beach access. We had a group of 12 women for a family trip, and everyone was comfortable. The dining room and living rooms were big enough to accommodate the group. We would stay here again!

We had a wonderful time staying just steps away from the beach! The house was so clean a beautiful!! We have a son with special needs and there was beach access very close by that we were able to walk to from our house. Also the pool was very accessible (no steps!) Thank you for a great vacation!

We had a fantastic time during our stay in Kiawah. The house was beautiful, clean and welcoming. In addition to beautiful bedrooms and bathrooms, there are tons of seating areas for casual activities, meals, drinks and games. The location, just a short boardwalk to the beach is perfect and there is real privacy on a huge, beautiful beach. The iTrip staff is very attentive and provide all the information needed to enjoy the stay.

The house was amazing! Very beautiful furnishings-top notch. Lots of space for multiple families. We saw a buck traveling through the backyard every day. It was a little to cool to use the pool but we enjoyed grilling and sitting outside. The gas fire pit was also enjoyed by all.

Relaxing and beautiful oasis!

Eugenia was perfect for our large family get-together! From the inviting facade to the gorgeous rooms and decor, we felt relaxed through and through, with plenty of gathering spaces so we weren't on top of one another. The massive dining table was vital for our crew and the back family room turned into a puzzle room. The location is great for walks to the beach, The Nest for breakfast and The Sanctuary for afternoon tea. Communication with the owners was courteous, clear and in a timely manner. We had so much fun and made so many wonderful memories! We hope to come again to this relaxing and beautiful oasis!

Family Golf/Beach Trip

This location was simply ideal for us. Our group consisted of my daughter and her family (kids - 1 and 4), her in-laws and our single son. We are foodies so the kitchen afforded us the opportunity to prepare three dinners in the home as well as breakfasts and an occasional lunch. The pool was a wonderful addition for adult time during afternoon naps. And the family room, aside from the great room, was ideal for kids TV time. Perfect layout. Short stroll to the beach was also a big plus. Lastly I need to give a shot out to the communications with the management team. It was perfect.

Best home ever!

This was a great home! It was very clean, furniture was very nice, the beds were comfortable...even the pillows. The pool was great, was across the street from the beach entrance. The team was great with getting back to us right away with a few small issues. Small things I would suggest .... a few more towels in the bathrooms, and a few new pans. The Teflon was coming off a few and I don't like to use them once that happens. Also, if there were some cleaning supplies (comet, Windex....) under the sink I would have been happy to scrub the kitchen sink and the bottoms of the pots. But over all it was a great house and a great family reunion. Ages 1 yr to 70 years.
