“We loved staying at 360 king. The whole experience start to finish was incredible. We were greeted by Bethany and Julia and two gentlemen (owner) who welcomed us and helped with our luggage. Our apartment was beautifully decorated and spotless! The bed was one of the comfiest beds I’ve slept in. They provided a white noise machine and even earplugs. Biggest surprise was that the hairdryer even had a diffuser!!! Important and unusual for girls with curly hair. Bethany and Julia were sweet,……

“This place was very nice and close enough to walk to things. There was a deli about two blocks away that was good for lunch and you could walk to King St. in about 10--15 minutes. The room we stayed in was very spacious with a separate living room and full kitchen. ”

“Excellent in every way. Front desk welcoming, room comfortable and clean, robes and slippers. Valet parking service was spot on. Lowlands Restaurant, adjacent to the hotel, was excellent, both the food and service. Efficient check out. ”

Had trouble understanding how to enter the property and parking was a bit tedious at first cuz I had never done a carousel before. But Kimberly stayed with me throughout the whole process and explained it very well. The Iris does accommodate one pet for a fee. The area around the property is an issue because there is no grass except for tiny bits between the sidewalk and the road. At the time of my stay there was heavy……
