"It was a great property. Quite without a lot of light pollution even being so close to the casino. The room was clean, inviting, neat, and spacious. The tub, though not a deep soaking tub was a nice tub to soak in. The bathroom was clean and spacious. The shampoo/conditioner, body wash and lotion had a very pleasant smell. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The staff were kind and helpful."

"Overall a great place to stay for a night on our way to our final destination. Was a little frustrating to wake up with no working water, but made it work. Would stay again! There is no front desk so you have to call a number to check in or for any issues. When we woke in the morning to find no water, it was hard to get ahold of anyone, as the phone number is someone’s cell phone + they have you call a different number outside of 9-9 + you have to try to write down a different number from the voicemail message."

"The views were phenomenal and it's location across from the beach and very close to Newport line was great. Our room was in the front so a bit noisy from street traffic but the view of the ocean made it worthwhile. Room was very clean and spacious and we had no problems with parking. There is an affiliated restaurant across the street but we did not use it. Plenty of other restauarants nearby and great location to explore all of coastal Rhode Island."
