Nestled in the heart of Concord, NC, this cozy 3-bedroom ranch offers comfort and convenience just minutes from downtown, Concord Mills, and Charlotte Motor Speedway.

This charming community, rich with character and history, is home to cozy ranch-style houses that have stood the test of time. Some have been beautifully remodeled with modern comforts, while others remain cherished generational homes, lovingly passed down through families.
Conveniently located near downtown Concord, local shops, and dining, this area offers a blend of history and modern convenience, making it the perfect place for a peaceful yet connected getaway.
We have a yale lock on the back door. The driveway is at the back of the home on a corner lot. You will have a code to enter, making check in nice and easy.
