Sunny Daze is perfect for families or groups of up to 10. Located on a quiet cul-de-sac with casual lakefront decor with a modern, fully equipped kitchen. This vacation home will give your friends and family a comfortable home base from which yall can spend their days on the lake, head out to a sporting event, or venture into Charlotte for shopping and then come back to sit on the porch or relax in the hot tub with a view of the lake or pull the curtains for intimate privacy. Three comfortable bedrooms, with king-size beds, plus a bunk room that sleeps 4 will give your entire entourage a good night's rest after a fun day on the lake.

Sunny Daze features a covered back deck and patio, where the outdoors can be enjoyed in both rain and shine. Cook outdoors on the grill and even enjoy the firepit down by the lake. The large yard gives you plenty of space to spread out and enjoy the view. The dock is the perfect spot to set up your chairs and see how many fish you can reel in. Even better, launch the provided kayaks or paddle boards from the easy launch dock and spend the day paddling around the lake.

Don't forget the option of adding a boat rental to your stay to get the most out of your Lake Norman experience! We have partnered with a nearby marina to provide our guests with the chance to rent a power boat - delivered right to the dock. A full range of watersports equipment is available and ready for you to take out for the day! Ask us about the power boat rentals and we will arrange for one to be delivered to you!

Included amenities are the barrel-style hot tub, two kayaks, and two paddle boards with paddles and life jackets. Plus, a foosball table to entertain kids of all ages! High-Speed Wi-fi too
