Birthday Celebration & Couples Trip Down South

We loved the house from the bathrooms to the spacious bedrooms and open kitchen. We had a chef come and cook for us and mentioned the house provided everything he needed. But the flat top grill out could use a little seasoned cleaning (TLC). We will be back! Thank you for having us!

Wedding stay

Seven members of my family went to Charlotte for my nieces wedding. We had a wonderful time and thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the VRBO property. It was the perfect place to relax and spend some downtime and make our own meals. If we had any questions, we were given a number to call.

Perfect for large group!

My son graduated from Queens University and commissioned in the Army. This was the reason for my families visit to Charlotte. This house was perfect. More than enough room for 9 adults to share. Very clean and well maintained. Communication was great with the host. I had to change our reservation dates and had no problem doing so. Definitely would stay again. Highly recommend!

A great place for a large family

This was a very comfortable stay for our group of 10 adults and 2 children. It’s a very nice property- new, clean and well designed to accommodate guests. All of the bedrooms were comfortable - 1 downstairs and 4 upstairs. The master bedroom has a trundle bed which was perfect for the children. The en-suite bathroom was large and very convenient. The closets are large and roomy, with plenty of room for suitcases and hang up clothes. There is a TV in every bedroom. The washer and dryer are also on the 2nd floor- new and very efficient. The kitchen and dining area is perfect for gathering and visiting. The table seats 8 and there are 3 bar stools at the island. We had a nice time playing family games and chatting. The living room has a very comfortable sectional sofa and is also a nice gathering place. Just outside the kitchen there is a large concrete patio. We played with the children there and had a very fun time. There is plenty of room in the driveway for the cars. The Location is convenient. We went to the Shuffletown park 1.5 miles away. QT convenience store and gas station is very close as are restaurants, grocery store and Walgreens. We found it all very convenient and accessible. The host was great with communication and quick response with any questions. We would definitely stay at this property again in the future.

My Wedding Weekend

Our wedding was in uptown Charlotte about 15 min away from the property. The home was wonderfully prepared and well kept! I had a group of 12, including bridesmaids, mother of the bride, children, groom, and best man. It was very easy to find and the host was great with communication. Highly recommend!
