Venture to nearby attractions such us Crowders Mountain, Catawba two kings casino, The Schiele Museum of nature history and Charlotte White Water Center. Absolutely NO parties or event are allowed at our home. There is a $1,000 fee for not abiding by this rule and if a listing get shut down or a neighbor complains you will be liable for it as well.
- No Smoking/ vaping $500 Penalty fee will be charge for smoking of any kind inside the house
Absolutely NO glitter allowed, glitter is very difficult to get rid of & can stay for years. $250 Additional cleaning fee will be charged
- Pets are NOT allowed
