We really enjoyed our stay at the lake house. The house on the lake with the pool, hot tub and dock was amazing! Once we got there, we really didn’t leave. Derrick, the host is super nice and went above and beyond in so many ways. It was one of the most relaxing vacations we have ever had.

We had a wonderful stay at Paradise Point! Even with so much to do around Lake Norman, we didn't want to leave the house... It has everything you need for a relaxing trip. This is one of the few properties we've stayed at that is actually better than the pictures. Absolutely gorgeous and the lake was very peaceful. My kids enjoyed watching the wildlife and swimming in the pool to their hearts content. We loved the spacious rooms and the outdoor area was spectacular; the hot tub/spa was great for relaxing. The host is very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this house!

Beautiful location, with the best views, pool, and hot tub. The house was clean, but older. Upstairs was only accessible by spiral staircase, so better for children. Derrick was a wonderful host, quick response to solving all problems. His main goal was to offer pleasant vacation for all renters.

We had a wonderful time on the lake! Thank you so much for being such amazing hosts. We had a great time on the kayaks, where it was a hundred yards or so to an island where they have nesting raptors. We fished and enjoyed the pool, too! Great place to enjoy. We rented a pontoon boat and it was delivered to the dock! A great week in our lives!

The Paradise Point property is beautiful and Derrick has done an incredible job maintaining the grounds. The flowers poolside and the lush manicured lawn amplified the already amazing view of Lake Norman. The pool has a gradual sloped entry which was a welcomed surprise and ideal for our young grandchildren, The home's interior is much larger than the pictures portray and provided ample space for our family gathering. Having the availability of kayaks and use of the dock for our boat rental enhanced our vacation value immensely.

Excellent stay! We basically went for the view and the hot tub and both were fantastic. We went for a brief New Year’s Day, and the hot tub was plenty warm, although it was very cold outside. Bed’s are very comfortable. Bathrooms were very well appointed and clean. We loved this one!
