The property was clean and well maintained. The room are spacious and the beds are comfortable. The water pressure in one of the bathrooms was very low but it did not over exceed how much my family and I enjoyed our stay.

“It’s fine”

Pros: Quiet neighborhood, quick freeway access, quiet, comfortable living space and kitchen, looks like the photosCons: Two out of the three beds were very uncomfortable including the master. The electrical kept tripping for a few of the outlets and had to be frequently reset. Blowdryer didn’t work. Checkin details not received. When you go to book, they request a 5000 deposit or alternatively you can buy insurance. I can’t imagine what kind of damage you would have to do to this place for 5000, seems like a way to rip you off. I stayed in Multiple VRBO properties during this trip and this one was more costly without being anywhere near as good.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay. The home is really nice. The kitchen is great for preparing meals and we had a lot of space to lounge, eat, and watch TV. The HVAC system is top notch and we were comfortable for our entire stay.

Matthews House

The house worked perfectly for myself and two of my teammates for a week. We were training at a baseball facility nearby, and the house was a good distance from everything in Charlotte.
