Great location and clean house
We had a great time staying at this property. It’s walking distance to multiple restaurants, shops, and a music venue. The owner was very responsive. The home was clean when we arrived. Would stay here again.

Rental was in a very nice neighborhood. Property manager was very quick to reply to a couple questions I had. Only thing I would recommend is changing mattresses; they were very firm.

Love the older house charm. Beautiful part of Dilworth and walkable to Grocery store and eateries. Loved the extras like coffee, extra paper towels, and soaps. Great stay!

Girls Weekend
I booked this property as a place for my girlfriends and I to stay while visiting a local friend. The house had what we needed in terms of dishes, towels, etc. and the beds were comfortable. The house could use one more full length mirror, as that was hard with all of us girls trying to get ready. Overall the place was fine for what we needed it for.

Unflattering but honest review
The reviews of the location, cleanliness, and cuteness of the property won us over, but the photos did not describe the reality. The pictures make the house seem updated, but the house doesn’t seem level, and the outside of the house look like it needs a lot of TLC (especially compared to the massive and beautiful houses on the rest of the street). It is in a wonderful location and we had no problems with the air/heat/water/TV/beds, but structurally and visually the house was not as pleasing as we expected. Other minor things that need updating/repairs: broken bathroom soap dispenser, hot water handle in the bathtub needs to be fixed (though you can figure out how to make it work), and the water wasn’t draining well in the bathroom sink.
