"The night I arrived the entry codes worked however, there was someone else in my assigned room. It was late in the evening, and I called the hotel support. So haben wir auf die Notfall-Nummer angerufen, da hat uns jemand in Deutsch weitergeholfen und auf ein anderes gereinigtes Zimmer umgebucht. Dies hat ein paar Minuten gedauert, aber schliesslich gut geklappt. Die Zimmer sind neu, gross und modern."
