“1st I would like to say what I like about the property. Ocean view. Nice garden clean pools. What i don't like about the property, that is far away from other activities, no laundry on site, same breakfast dish, hotel room hot when arriving when should be best to be cold enough especially when is very hot outside, poor wifi, poor electricity, needs better activity”

“The staff was great! The place was nice and I enjoyed my one night stay with my family. However, there are a few things that could have made my experience better, for example the WiFi, it didn’t work. I scanned their QR code which is located in the lobby and that is the only place it worked. When I went back to my room the WiFi didn’t work. Another thing that would be helpful and make things better is to provide a towel to dry hands in the bathroom. There was nothing to dry my hands with not……

“Overall, it was a great experience. Unfortunately, they did warn me ahead of time, but there was heavy construction during our stay, so there was a lot of noise early on. However, the staff and the food were fantastic. The infinity pool overlooking the waves of the Pacific Ocean was also beautiful. Highly recommend this place.”

“No me gusto la entrada del lugar esta horrible para un carro pequeño la calle necesita mejor mantenimiento esta difícil de pasar el carro ahí hay muchas piedras y santas y hoyos y las habitaciones se miran mejor en las fotos yo pensaba que me iba a tocar con ventana vista a la playa pero no era un cuarto feo encerrado y con camas chillonas no me gustó para nada hay mejores lugares por el precio.”

“The hotel was so beautiful and for a great price. Sulma in the restaurant was the nicest waitress I’ve met in El Salvador! Luis and Camila went above and beyond when I felt the ac wasn’t functioning correctly and fixed it right away. They were Beyond nice and helpful with anything we needed. They deserve a raise or at least some recognition! There’s no doubt why this hotel has such a great rating I would definitely recommend staying here. The landscape is amazing and the staff is the best I will……

“I will start with the positives: Room had cold A/C and good blackout curtains so I was able to sleep pretty good. Also the property has wifi which is also great because if you want to work on your laptop outside you can. One last good thing: the phyiscal location of the property is on a cliff overlooking the ocean which is actually fantastic. Okay but besides this, everything else was terrible. So bad that I am only leaving 2 stars. First the property is dirty. The rooms were clean but……

“The staff was amazing, the ey were extremely helpful and helpful with all of our needs. The room was so amazing with some of the most spectacular ores of the lake. The location is safe and very calm! It was the perfect spot ever!”

“I was super excited to stay here, and at first, the experience was great. The dome was well-equipped, clean, and nicely presented, and the views were absolutely beautiful. However, toward the end of our stay, there was a miscommunication due to a new staff member providing incorrect information. I was also surprised to be charged for towels because of a very minimal lipstick stain. I’ve stayed at many places and have never been charged for something like that before. One thing to keep in mind……
