“hotel is nice with clean room and comfy beds. there is not much to do at this hotel there is no access to the beach or sea pools which are pictured on the hotel descriptions. food and drinks are expensive on the menu. I did not stay after my checkout time.”

“Overall, it was a great experience. Unfortunately, they did warn me ahead of time, but there was heavy construction during our stay, so there was a lot of noise early on. However, the staff and the food were fantastic. The infinity pool overlooking the waves of the Pacific Ocean was also beautiful. Highly recommend this place.”

“The breakfast bread is so small that about a 1/4 of it was provided before. The canopy for the shade is so old that it is coming apart, and it makes it seem like a lock of maintenance. My room did not have much furniture, no chairs, no table for guests to visit, and sit down unless it was in the bed. No small refrigerator to keep drinks cool. I got a few bugs, like crickets, cockroaches, and one crab. When the rain came, water came under the door, creating a safety issue. All staff are very……

“The hotel was so beautiful and for a great price. Sulma in the restaurant was the nicest waitress I’ve met in El Salvador! Luis and Camila went above and beyond when I felt the ac wasn’t functioning correctly and fixed it right away. They were Beyond nice and helpful with anything we needed. They deserve a raise or at least some recognition! There’s no doubt why this hotel has such a great rating I would definitely recommend staying here. “I will start with the positives: Room had cold A/C and good blackout curtains so I was able to sleep pretty good. Also the property has wifi which is also great because if you want to work on your laptop outside you can. One last good thing: the phyiscal location of the property is on a cliff overlooking the ocean which is actually fantastic. Okay but besides this, everything else was terrible. So bad that I am only leaving 2 stars. First the property is dirty. The rooms were clean but……
