Peaceful Appalachian Country setting on 2 1/2 acres. Cottage sleeps six (2 queens in two bedrooms + queen sofa sleeper). Full kitchen with all appliances, full fridge, table and chairs. Washer/dryer.

Adjoining porch looks onto a backyard orchard full of birds, fruit trees and gardens for outdoor relaxation. Fire pit for viewing breathtaking starry nights. Located between Athens, OH (Ohio University) and Pomeroy, OH.

WIFI included along with mobile signal booster. Living room with 40" TV w/cable.

Well-behaved children and leashed pets welcomed!

Innkeeper lives in nearby house to help you with travel needs.

Relaxing retreat still close to Athens
Loved the serene location tucked away in Meigs County. It's incredibly peaceful with lots of space to walk on the property. We were able to watch the stars for a bit with so little light pollution around. The cottage is a really nice change of pace rather than dealing with overpriced hotels in Athens. Very comfortable and was a nice respite for our student to get out of town for a weekend. Despite the winding roads, it's still easy to get to and from Route 32 and Athens. Charlene is very welcoming and helpful. Will definitely book again.
