  • This is just one of many spectacular views from a walk entitled "Pas Du Loup". We started at Capluc, a cross on a peak above Le Rozier and did the entire circuit. It's still comfortably in my top ten all time great walks. If you suffer acrophobia it's one to be avoided. The area is also something of a mecca for rock climbers. The whole Goreg du Tarn is a special place for me because the tourist buses don't go there and it's reputedly the deepest gorge in Europe.

Tout etait parfait. Cadre bucolique au calme, bien ombragé. Ideal pour se relaxer et silloner les environs qui sont magnifiques. Nous avons passé une tres belle semaine avec nos 3 enfants. Les proprietaires sont adorables et arrangeants. Nous reviendrons.

Super séjour en famille

Nous avons passé un superbe séjour en famille, entre les heures de baignades dans la piscine, les repas/apéros sur les terrasses très agréables et toutes les activités/visites à faire dans cette magnifique région. On a beaucoup apprécié la situation de la maison : isolée dans un endroit très calme, mais à 2 minutes en voiture du village de Chassiers. Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Didier et son épouse, et ils étaient très réactifs dès qu'on avait la moindre question.

Das Haus ist gemütlich und lässt sich schön kühl halten. Die Ausstattung, der Garten und der Pool sind top. Es ist alles da, um dieses Grundstück genießen zu können. Nachts kann man Tiere hören und mit etwas Glück verläuft sich auch ein Rehbock Richtung Gelände. Prinzipiell ist dieser Ort ein wunderbarer Ausgangspunkt für mannigfaltige Entdeckungen in dieser historisch und topographisch interessanten Gegend und am Ende des Tages sind wir gerne zurückgekommen und fühlten uns wohl. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern funktioniert reibungslos. Eine Empfehlung!

Nous avons été séduit par la situation au calme de la maison et par les prestations qu'elle nous a offert. Le coin piscine et la terrasse nous ont permis de "vivre" quasiment à l'extérieur. La région est riche en lieux de visites et de détentes. En résumé très bon sejour.

A fantastic week in a fantastic villa !!

We have had a fantastic week in this very beautiful villa in Chassiers; there is plenty of space around the villla, with a large pool of salty water and an open roof next to the villa which you can sit under in sunny or rainy weather, there are lots of places round the villa to sit and enjoy the environment; the kitchen is very well equipped and there is a big shower; furthermore there is more than enough space to park your car; you can find a bakery in Chassiers which was 7 days a week open; ;the villa is situated in a very quiet area; mrs and mr Sandraz are very nice and friendly people, they help you immediately with anything; we can absolutely recommend this villa to other guests!!!

Chouette séjour

Un beau petit séjour dans un gite ancien rénové avec goût où tout est prévu pour le confort des occupants! La maison est au calme, avec une vue très belle sur Chassiers. La piscine est un petit bijou très appréciable et agréable! Le jardin fleuri est superbe. Bref,un endroit où l'on est bien! Un petit dîner au Ver o Tof sur la place du village est incontournable!

Lovely relaxing stay

We enjoyed a relaxing stay at this lovely house. It is surrounded by a secluded garden and the pool was perfect for hot sunny days. The facilities were good with an outdoor kitchen and two fridges. Great for keeping the wine chilled! There are wonderful views of the village and mountains. All in all a thouroughly enjoyable stay.

La maison est située à 20 min à pied de Chassiers, 5 min en voiture de Largentière, au calme avec une jolie vue sur la vallée et un jardin ombragée par les Lauriers, Oliviers, Sapins. Une double terrasse avec cuisine extérieure permettant de profiter au maximum de la douce chaleur provençale ;) Nous avons adoré notre séjour entre rivières, randonnées et farniente à la maison avec le petit plus : l'accès au potager avec tomates, courgettes et herbes aromatiques :-)

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans cet havre de paix! La maison est adorable, sans vis à vis, confortable et très bien équipée. Nos petites filles se sont éclatées dans la piscine. Lovely, secluded, rustic house and garden

We loved our holiday in this house. It was nicely decorated and well equipped, but for us the greatest pleasure was to be found in the secluded location and the glorious and sizeable garden, full of bright flowers, olive trees, fruiting figs and vines, and a fabulous pool. We spent most of our time outside, and enjoyed using the outside kitchen and eating out at night on the covered terraces. The surrounding area is full of architectural and topographical beauty and charm, and the owner of the house was extremely courteous, responsive and helpful. We would certainly recommend the area and particularly this property to others. (We are a family of 2 adults with children aged 3 and 6 at the time of the holiday.)

Nous avons passé un séjour extra dans cette ravissante maison, joliment décorée, confortable, bien équipée et entourée d'un beau jardin ombragé. Elle est idéalement située au coeur de l'Ardèche du sud, proche de jolis villages à visiter, de départs de randonnées magnifiques et de commerces/restaurants. La piscine est également très agréable, à bonne température, et bien orientée... Et enfin, les propriétaires sont charmants ! Nous espérons beaucoup y retourner un jour...

Un coin de paradis

Charmante maison très confortable, bien équipée et décorée avec beaucoup de goût par des propriétaires sympatiques et soucieux d'offrir une prestation de qualité. Environnement très calme avec une vue imprenable sur le village voisin de Chassiers. C'est le point de départ idéale pour découvrir une région magnifique. Maison ancienne bien équipée, propre, isolée donc tranquille. La piscine a été apprécié pendant la canicule. Accueil charmant avec de bons conseils (visites, restaurants). Belle région: ne pas manquer la réplique de la grotte Chauvet. Bref que du positif. On part avec regret...
