“Comfortable beds and rooms. Looks like everything was recently renovated. Breakfast was well done with a surprising amount of choices, and the breakfast room was pretty. Just a couple minutes from the chateau and easy parking. ”

“Wow what a find . This place is like staying at a picture postcard and the owners can’t do enough for you . They accommodated our slightly late arrival and cooked us up a French food delight . Best food we have eaten on our whole 3 week trip together with the best b and b we have stayed in . I cannot recommend this place enough and the surrounding medical village is just gorgeous. You can even have a swim in the lake and have a dip in a hot tub . We will definitely be back and have a longer……

“This is a lovely place to stay and the host was gracious and went out of his way to help in every way possible. I arrived on my bicycle and was able to put it into the secure garden area onto which the entrance of the property opened. There is a nice seating area in the open fronted barn, which is perfect for a quiet drink. The room was terrific. Spacious, immaculate and with everything I needed. Breakfast was served in a charming room downstairs and such care had gone into the selection of……

“Personeel zeer vriendelijk, parkeren is er een luxe vlak voor het hotel , kamer zeer schoon . Ontbijt perfect maar het avondeten bezorgt door een traiteur beviel ons minder . We hebben dat gemeld en er werd gevraagd welk punt kon verbeteren , er werd ook een compensatie aangeboden voor het ongemak.”

“For us to be able to stay in such an old family chateau is pretty unique. There are certain things that we have to accept, like no air conditioning and tea making facilities in our room but it had WiFi. The two major plus points were still the magnificence of the house itself and setting, and the two hosts. Two lovely people who share their love of where they live.”

“The property overall is beautiful and the staff were all very helpful. Unfortunately our room did not have a mini refrigerator which is unusual for a 4 star hotel and when I booked I thought all the rooms came with one but I was informed not ours, which was very inconvenient. The pool area is lovely but there are no pool towels readily available and they frequently run out when they were requested. The furniture around the pool under the gazebo needs replacing and cleaning. I feel the……

“Un séjour excellent tant du point de vue de l’accueil que de la prestation. Le château porte bien son nom tellement on se croirait "châtelain" même de passage. Juste un petit regret, quant au manque d’une proposition de repas le soir (même sommaire) pour profiter pleinement du contexte bucolique et du calme qu’offre l’environnement. Merci à l’hôte”
