“This B&B can only be reached by car. The room is clean. The staff are welcoming and helpful. They do not provide dinner but they will introduce the restaurants nearby. They own a vineyard. Guests are free to visit. They have a wine tasting session at 7 pm. The staff there explained their wine production in details. The wines are good. We have bought a few bottles from them. The breakfast was great. Surely will visit there again if we go to Bordeaux.”

“First time staying here and hopefully wont be our last. Stayed here with my wife and daughter. What a gem. High quality establishment. The door area and pool is pure luxury. The breast fast was the best we have had in France and we have been coming to France for many years. Great choice of food. Excellent range of beverages available all day at the self service bar. The rooms are specious. The entire establishment is very clean. The owners take time to make you feel welcome on arrival. Lovely……

“The Chateau du Palanquey is an amazing property. There are only a handful of rooms and it is very secluded. The owners helped us out with wonderful local restaurant recommendations and a brilliant wine experience. I cannot recommend this property more highly. It was magnificent. ”

“My husband and I had an incredible stay at Chateau De Ferrand! We stayed for only one night and the room, food, wine, and hospitality were out of this world! We wish we could have stayed longer. Balthazar and Elliot were very attentive, kind, and even gave us recommendations for the next stop on our trip. The views of the vineyards were lovely and it was quiet and serene. If you have the opportunity to stay here, take it!”

“L'établissement est retiré dans la campagne et les bois, tranquillité absolue. Les 5 chambres et un gîte sont situés dans un parc avec la maison du propriétaire. Patronne très accueillante. “Our stay was unforgettable. Olivier and Nathalie are wonderful hosts of a very beautiful hotel with tastefully decorated, comfortable rooms. The dinners (table d'hôtes) were phenomenal with excellent wine pairings from the region. We also very much appreciated the recommendations on things to do in the vicinity and which scenic roads to take. We felt like we stayed with family. It was so peaceful and restful that we can't wait to go back and stay longer. Very highly recommended!”
