Kleines Appartement

Nach gutem Check in hat das Zimmer nach Rauch gerochen, nach einer Nacht haben wir dann das Nachbarappartement bekommen. Die Lage ist gut, man kann gleich loswandern. Alles für den täglichen Gebrauch fußläufig erreichbar. Kleines zweckmäßiges Schwimmbad, defektes Saune und kkleiner Whirlpool. Das Appartement hat alles was man braucht. Insgesamt eher kleine dunkle Räume und leider kostet vieles extra...

Kleine Ferienwohnung mit toller Aussicht

Wohnung hat soweit alles, was man benötigt. Was nicht so gut ist, dass für TV, Internet und auch für Handtücher extra bezahlt werden muss. War für uns jetzt nicht weiter schlimm. Das Personal ist hilfsbereit und freundlich. Leider war die Kommunikation, durch die Sprachbarriere, etwas schwierig. Im Inserat wird mit mehrsprachigen Ansprechpartner geworben. Unter anderem auch mit Deutsch. Dies hat leider nicht zugetroffen. Nur mit etwas Englisch oder besser mit französisch konnte man sich etwas verständigen, wenn man diese Sprachen kann. Deshalb nicht so gut. Kleine Ferienwohnung mit toller Aussicht. Auch das kleine Bad, das auf den Bildern größer erscheint, war in Ordnung. Positiv ist auch, dass eine Sauna dabei ist. Wer nach Chatel, in der Nebensaison ( September usw.) reist sollte sich vorher genau informieren, was er von dort aus unternehmen kann und will. Denn oftmals sind die Bergbahnen nicht in Betrieb. Der Standort eignet sich für Fahrten an den Genfer See (ca. 45 Min.) sowie in die umliegende Bergwelt.

Châtel ville agréable et calme en hors saison

Calme retirer du centre ville En ceux qui concerne le logement Médiocre literie a revoir car pas confortable du tout très mal au dos et trop bas difficile de se lever pour une personne d'un certain âge . A préciser que il nous laisse pas le choix ont est obliger de loué les draps . Et location d'une place de parking obligatoire car apparemment pas la possibilité de stationner sue Châtel à voir . Pour l'accès à la piscine , spa et sauna ont ne peux pas être beaucoup et l'accès n'ai pas libre 24h sur 24 et limité de 10h à 19h court en durée surtout il y avais du monde tous les jours . Profiter que 2 fois .

Pour commencer , nous avons eu beaucoup de problèmes lors de la réservation, entre annulation doublon de réservations et paiement qui ne passe pas … nous avons été gâté. Je tiens quand même a saluer et remercier le professionnalisme et la rapidité du services client "your leavetown team" pour la solution et leur disponibilité. Pour se rendre à la location , surprise ! juste une adresse mais pas d'indication sur le bâtiment où se trouve le logement. On arrive devant un bâtiment du groupe NEMEA , à ce moment on se dit que le logement doit être agréable car le bâtiment a l'air récent et chaleureux. Une fois les pieds dans la réception c'est la douche froide!! La réceptionniste qui nous a reçu ( en jogging/sweat) était froide et répondait à nos questions par des "ouais".. Une fois la clef récupérée direction le logement, les couloirs sont sales, il y a des cloques et des traces d'humidité au plafond, de la poussière (qui ne datait pas d'hier) sur les quelques tableaux qui se trouvent dans les couloirs et dans les ascenseurs, accès piscine sale et une seule cabine de change pour tous … Arrivés dans l'appartement, celui-ci est TRES BIEN ORIENTE, une super vue depuis le balcon. Malgré une literie très fine et assez dure, drap taché ou moisi et le manque de propreté des équipement de la cuisine, la vue et la station vous font oublier les mésaventures .

Emplacement magnifique !

Residence bien située ! Proche a pieds des commerces et loin de tout en même temps ! Appartements vieillissants les banquettes sont sales et à changer le jaccusi ne fonctionnait pas. Le personnel qui a fait l'état des lieux de sortie est arrivé avec 15 minutes de retard et était désagréable sans raison.
