“The hotel was great. The staff are so unbelievably helpful and lovely. Whoever the owner is should do all they can to keep the staff they have, they are nothing short of fantastic. Breakfast was good and we ate dinner once too and we were really happy. The location is great, not too far from town but far enough to be peaceful and quiet. We also appreciated the free shuttle in the evening to town. We walked back twice but it was also easy to get a Didi taxi. Highly recommend this place.”

“We have mixed views on this Banyan Tree Property. The room and the grounds were lovely and very well maintained, including things for kids to do, however there were some key details lacking which means this property falls short of the standards we expect from Banyan Tree. Firstly the service was quite frosty and not as attentive as it could have been, I know there was a language barrier, but it doesn’t account for everything. Please note I would not put our butler in this category - Teresa was……

“La atención me gustó! Y el lugar es muy agradable”

“酒店显得有点儿老旧，卫生不是很好。但服务很好”

“Suoer lovely hotel, staff were amazing, would definitely stay here again!”

“Very Kind staff and beautiful hotel”

“The location is absolutely perfect. You are right on the Li River, and it's an easy walk to both the wharf and the bustling West Street, yet the hotel itself is quiet and peaceful. The facilities were clean and modern, and all the staff were friendly and helpful. Highly recommend. (It would be absolutely perfect if they added a coffee machine to the breakfast area, but this was a minor thing in an otherwise wonderful stay.)”

“好美的風景，空氣真好，起床被雞叫醒也是一種浪漫☀️打開窗簾一層雲一層山的，慢慢看見霧散去～再去坐竹筏遊遇龍湖，建議坐長程的，才能欣賞整路的山和水，還有湖邊人家的生活。 住了2晚，好安靜，很舒服的房間。 就～沒電梯，但民宿服務有幫忙拿行李箱的，很親切！給5顆星🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 ”

“Great location, rooms are high tech, clean and comfortable.”

“Really enjoyed this hotel. The room was big, clean, and came with a massage chair plus a great mountain view. Breakfast was mainly Chinese themed with limited options but totally fine. It’s not right in town, but getting a Didi (Uber equivalent) anywhere in Yangshuo is quick and easy. The place has lots of fun extras like kids’ play area, small animal corner, as well cat fishes and koi fishes, you can feed, and a rooftop pool that is specifically for photos. They offer a one-time complimentary……

“I like this hotel very much. It's my second stay and I won't be disappointed. I still recommend this hotel. The staff are very enthusiastic and responsive.”

“We loved this hotel. It is situated next to the ancient town of Xingping and you need to get a small ferry across the river to get to it if you come from Yangshuo Railway Station. However, it’s worth the little extra effort as it feels like a getaway quiet retreat from the busy streets of the town. There are many outdoor activities around the hotel that can be scheduled. The owner is amazing and nothing is too much effort for her to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. The hotel also helps……

“A Hidden Gem in the Heart of Downtown! When we booked this place, it had a different name, and I thought we were going to a hotel. In fact, we had a hard time finding it because the address took us to a youth hostel—Emoji Youth Hostel. I'll be honest: I was disappointed at first, because I didn't want to stay in a youth hostel (we are not that young), and I assumed the quality would be low. But I was very impressed! The room was very nice, cleaned and the staff went out of their way to make……

“Merci à toute l’équipe pour le superbe accueil et de nous avoir permis de passer un excellent séjour. Tout le monde était aux petits soins, et cela a fait de notre voyage à Yangshuo un moment unique et magique !”

“Nice beds with a beautiful view over the river and the mountains”
