“The carpet in our room was not clean. It had a beer cap on the floor. There were small bits of paper at the door and beside the bed, the bathroom floor did not appear to be clean. We kept our socks on and walked on a mat. However, the biggest disappointment was your restaurant on the second floor, where we had lunch. The staff were unfriendly.
