Cape Cod style home with a large, private yard, sunny deck, outdoor shower and hammock in a quiet Chatham neighborhood.

• Great Location!
This is a great home base for your adventures in Chatham and Cape Cod. Centrally located but still quiet, private, lovely vacation spot near nice beaches, the bike path, walking areas, excellent shopping and restaurants. The house sits in a quiet area on a dead-end road to Oyster Pond, with no through traffic or public access. 3 minute walk down “The Garden Path”, a grassy path that runs from the house to the local fish market, deli, natural food store, pizza and favorite restaurants, Mac’s Seafood and Pate’s. Walk, bike or drive 1.3 miles to downtown Chatham, 1.7 miles to renowned Hardings Beach and more.

• Perfect for days at the beach.
We have everything you need: beach chairs, sand umbrella, beach towels, sand toys and cooler. Chatham has quite a variety of ocean and fresh water beaches. Renowned Hardings Beach is a short 5 min drive away. Outdoor shower and a clothes line make trips from the beach easy.

• Relax in the yard or on the deck.
Hang in the hammock to nap or read in the shade. Play games in the large, private yard, suitable for family soccer, wiffleball, bocce and croquet games that are fun for all ages. Have a meal, entertain or just relax on the deck. The deck has comfortable furniture, dining table and a large gas grill. One of our favorites is to explore “The Garden Path”, a grassy path that runs from the house toward Oyster Pond.

Fully stocked kitchen, full size laundry, grill and shed with beach paraphernalia and lawn games. There are some other helpful items in the house such as binoculars, books with local activities and history, maps and information about local activities, etc. Smart TV access to your streaming accounts like Netflix, Hulu, Peacock, etc.

We enjoyed our stay and took part in the area beaches, whale watching, sea food, and shopping. Much better than going to a commercialized beach in other states. Using this house and the convenient use of available extras such as beach chairs added to the enjoyment.

My family loved our stay in this wonderful house. The house was very clean and well maintained. It is on a quiet street with a short 5 minute ride to Ridgevale beach which was perfect for my young kids. My kids also loved the yard and the outdoor shower. It was very peaceful having coffee and breakfast on the deck each morning. The host, Bonnie, was very helpful and gave us some great information on how to make the most of our time in Chatham. We can’t wait to come back!

Our favorite thing about this house is the location. Chatham was our favorite town on the Cape and this cozy house is just a few minutes away from the best shopping and restaurants. The house is clean and Bonnie is an excellent host who checked in on us consistently. The street is extremely quiet and safe, and all we heard were crickets chirping. Highly recommend!

Beautifully appointed traditional cape property close to lots of the things we enjoy about The Cape... Loved the "secret" path to Mac's seafood - many trips to buy the freshest seafood for supper. Also the proximity to Chatham airport for access to the bike path, excellent food at Hangar B and short sightseeing flights... Bonnie was super attentive and responsive to our needs.

From the beginning the communication was on point and Bonnie went above and beyond to ensure we had what we needed. The house was well stocked, clean and functional for a family of 4 and our boys loved the outdoor shower and playing cars and tag in the backyard. The location was convenient (waking distance) for food and shopping. Oyster Pond Beach and Nantucket Sound beaches were very close and great for young children. Highly recommend and overall a great stay!

The stay was wonderful, home is in a great location, and was equipped with everything we needed - the kitchen, we grilled, we did laundry a couple of nights. Sat out on the deck and played in the yard with our kids. It was a short 3 minute walk to Mac's Seafood - which was our favorite restaurant!! Pate's and Chatham Cut are both also 3-5 min walk! A quick 5-10 min drive anywhere else - grocery store, downtown. Favorite beach - Hardings Beach - was only a mile away. Bonnie was a great host and very easy to communicate with. The communication with the owner was wonderful! She really cares that your check in goes smoothly and that any questions you have during your stay get answered. We appreciated the central air conditioning on warm, humid days. Also, we liked having access to the property's beach chairs and beach umbrella as it was great for our trips to different beaches. Location was perfect for us! Quiet, nice area to stay. There’s a small back deck to sit and enjoy the weather and stars. Bonnie, the manager, was great to communicate with and very helpful. House was as appeared, You do need to go through the 2nd bedroom to get to the 3rd bedroom. Recommendation to supply toiletries for guests. Great home for small family vacation stay. Thank you

We really enjoyed our time in Chatham. The rental was the perfect size for our family of 4 and Bonnie was very helpful. Coming from the West Coast, we weren’t very familiar with the Cape and she gave us a lot of great recommendations of things to do in the area. The located was perfect for exploring other areas of the Cape since it was very central. My only suggestion would be to add some curtains to the windows to block out the light as we weren’t used to the sun coming up that early and the blinds didn’t keep all the light out.

We came to Cape Cod with our two kids (ages 12 & 1; and our 12 year old brought a friend) to bike and explore. We had a great time and we were very happy with the house. It was immaculate and had everything we needed. The deck out back was a nice space and warm with the open sun. Close to town and nearby stores but a quiet street. Chatham is a nice center location to be on the Cape. We did day trips to Provincetown and Wellfleet. Owners were great with communication--contacting us at check in to make sure all was okay.

The house is conveniently located in the adorable town of Chatham. Chris and Bonnie did their very best to ensure we were comfortable and relaxed. Not sure the master bedroom is a queen? The house could use some window air conditioners as the layout of the house is difficult to get some good air flow. Shed was well stocked with beach toys and chairs, yard was great and we loved the outdoor shower with hot water! Thanks for a great stay!

We rented for weekend wedding in Chatham. Property was located close to wedding and a short 5 minute drive to Hardings beach. Close to downtown and shopping. House was clean, well equipped, nice deck and yard for relaxing after taking outside shower upon return from beach. Bonnie was an excellent owner and very responsive, But really had no issues so contact was mostly just to confirm details. She responded immediately and even helped retrieve an item we left by mistake. I would stay there again and likely will!

House centrally located. Minutes into town. Minutes to Beach. Host extremely accomodating. Shed well stocked with beach items. No need to bring your own. KIds LOVED outdoor shower. Lots of restaurants nearby both walkable & driveable. Only complaint . . . Needs a wastebasket in laundry to throw away lint. Literally only complaint 😊
