Great location and excellent house!

Stayed here with the fam, plenty of room and spaces for ppl to hang out. Great location and the heating pool was clutch for memorial day weekend.

Perfect spot!!

We were 12 high school friends . This house was perfect! Large bedrooms , beautiful pool area, lots of sitting areas, 5 minute drive to beach( could bike). Pretty Picky Properties were amazingly responsive to our needs . It was perfect for our needs !!

Exceeded Expectations

Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. The house is awesome, comfy beds (very important!), tons of room, stocked kitchen, great location, etc. Great job by the property manager as well. I had a couple of questions and they were very responsive.

Beautiful renovation on The Cape

My family, friends, and I loved this idyllic house on the best part of The Cape. We gather yearly on Cape Cod and have stayed all over. This newly- renovated house has everything— tons of room, spacious bedrooms and living areas, and a gorgeous pool. And a short jaunt to the beach. We can’t wait to go back!

60th birthday celebration

Prior to our stay, the communication was excellent, with the digital guest guide being very informative and helpful. And continued throughout our stay. Check in was a breeze. The property was magnificent! Plenty of room for 8 long time friends to celebrate our 60th birthdays. Comfy, cozy interior and a phenomenal backyard with deck, fire pit, pool and hot tub! The location was great for all the activities we participated in. I would highly recommend this beautiful home to anyone visiting the Cape Cod area!
