On the first floor there is a formal living room with large sofas and a fireplace; a contemporary kitchen with countertop seating as well as a formal dining area; a master bedroom with a king bed and a full, en suite bath; a second bedroom with a queen bed; plus, a third bedroom with a queen bed and office space perfect for working remotely.

On the second floor, there is a family room with a smart TV, board games and a deck for sunset and water viewing; a bedroom with a twin bunk bed; and another bedroom with two double beds and a private deck, as well as a Jack-and-Jill bathroom with jacuzzi tub (and upstairs washer/dryer) shared between both the upstairs bedrooms.

Chatham Main Street is only a 20-minute walk or a 3-minute drive away from the home; here, you’ll find a fabulous selection of local restaurants and one-of-a-kind stores. Some popular places to dine are The Impudent Oyster, Bluefins Saki and Sushi Bar and The Wild Goose Tavern. Nearby attractions also include movies at the historic Chatham Orpheum; guided tours of Chatham Lighthouse and learning about the Atlantic White Sharks at the Chatham Shark Center.
