“Clean, well-appointed, quaint, pet-friendly home centrally located in a great area for driving to Harding's Beach and downtown Chatham.”

“Our family loves this charming cottage and its close proximity to town! Charming in style and comfortable to relax with a book! Thanks for sharing your piece of Cape Cod!”

“Excellent location. Central to many things. Quiet neighborhood. Very safe. Very clean. Only complain is staining of the furniture, which probably could use some work, but everything else is great”

“House was wonderful with plenty of room. Great outdoor spaces with a deck and patio. Very convenient location. Host responsive to our needs. Would definitely stay again. ”

“We had a wonderful stay! The house was spotless, well-stocked with everything we needed, and in a fantastic location. We especially enjoyed spending time in the backyard and taking advantage of all the great amenities. Eric was friendly, responsive, and easy to communicate with throughout our stay, making the entire experience seamless. We would happily stay here again!”

“This is a beautiful home convenient to town and beach. It does not have 4 bedrooms - it does sleep 8”

“This was my 11th summer renting a home in the Dennis/Chatham/Harwich area for a work trip on which, this year, I was also fortunate to include my family. As we all know, prices for property peak season have grown near an unaffordable level, but I would say given our experience, @ this price-point, this was near the bottom of values of my stays. This home is located in a convenient area less than an 8-10 min drive from mult beaches and downtown Harwich. The owner was very receptive to messages.……

“Another good year on the books! Thanks Jenny for the use of your lovely home!”

“Great place right near the beach. Size of the house was perfect for a group of 5, and Kevin was an awesome host and very responsive. 10/10 would stay again”

“House was beautiful, well maintained and in an ideal location. Short walk to the beach where the tide can go out to about a mile. Never seen a tide go out that far. Truly breathtaking. Take time to read Sally Gunnings books. She a fine author. If we ever get back to Cape Cod this will be where we stay.”

“Excellent vacation in a great spot but the property needs some care.”

“This house was super clean and comfortable. The sun room was terrific place for our group to hang out it, it has fabulous air flow with the windows open. Genevieve was VERY responsive and proactive. Would stay here again!”

“This cape property is a secluded little spot with lots of indoor space and a nice sunny deck outside. Julie was very helpful and accommodating, and her extra touches like plenty of additional sheets, blanket, and Bath and beach towels were extremely helpful.”

“Great location. Spacious house.”

“Our stay was amazing. Very comfortable place. Amazing kitchen space with all the utensils. Great location and the beach is near by. Our dogs really enjoy the place and the beautiful garden. We highly recommend this beautiful home. ”

“The property turned out to be just as showed in the pictures. We found it clean with supplies, even though the list indicated that there will none (or very few). The location was perfect. Minutes walk from Herring Pond, 5 minutes drive (or walk) to First Encounter, and close to Orleans and Eastham. We will try to return next year!”
