We had a fabulous stay in Chatham! I was with 9 other women on a girls’ getaway. The location was perfect! We walked to town, several times and had drinks at Chatham Bars Inn, which was also within walking distance to the house. We spent an entire afternoon in bathing suits at lighthouse beach. The weather was perfect for sunbathing in late September! We made a big dinner our last night. Thank you, Paul, for quickly responding to my message about the grill. Much appreciated! Everyone was very pleased how it all worked out. We loved the spaciousness of the house. There was plenty of room for all of us and the backyard was perfect for corn hole! Thank you for everything!

Awesome property and landlord

The 10 of us, including 2 little kids, loved staying at this fabulous property. The kitchen is large and well-stocked. There are enough bedrooms for 4 couples plus each kid. And so much space to be together, including dinners as a family, as well as spots to have quiet time alone. It was too hot to benefit from the 2 outdoor patios and rooftop...maybe next year! We have already reserved a return visit. Plus, the landlord was VERY responsive to our questions, texting back quickly and calling us when we needed him. Altogether a wonderful experience!

Perfect family spot

We spent a week at this lovely Chatham property! It was the perfect setup for us. We brought our 2 grown adult children, their spouses and their babies. One was 20 months, the other 5 months. There’s a room off the kitchen that was perfect for gathering with a toddler and the back yard is fantastic! You can walk to town and the beach, although there are no sidewalks for a stroller so we mostly drove, which was very quick & easy. The homeowner is very easy to work with! We rented cribs and he accommodated the drop off just before we arrived. We highly recommend this home away from home property!!

Perfect Chatham Stay

This house comfortably holds a larger family/group. It is spacious and well-organized to accommodate multiple hangout spots, and family meals. The house is well located and was very clean. It was exactly as promised in the description. The overall property provides a large outdoor yard and patio to play for younger guests and for adults to relax and bbq. The kitchen was well stocked. The owner is readily available and provided excellent support for our trip. He was able to help with linen rental, which was important as my group had no ability to bring our own since we came from three distant areas of the country. I highly recommend this property. You will like the location for its access to beaches, town, etc, and you will like the property itself. The owner takes pride in his house and it shows.

ABOVE and BEYOND! This is a great home for a Family Reunion

This house was exactly as promised in the VRBO description. The owner takes obvious pride in his home, was friendly, and very easy to work with. We rented the VRBO for a "big birthday" family reunion, it accommodated eight adults and five children comfortably, and we thoroughly enjoyed our five-night stay. The home is clean and spacious, with private areas that allowed quiet time for families with young children, as well as multiple gathering rooms and a large outdoor yard and patio where we socialized. The centralized kitchen is well stocked. Paul was helpful with linen rentals. When asked, he also suggested local restaurants for us to try. The location is convenient yet quiet. A 15-minute walk to downtown Chatham and a 10-minute walk to the closes beach. I cannot recommend this property more highly. Thank you, Paul, for helping us to make such great memories in your beautiful Chatham house!

Outstanding property!

I cannot say enough about this charming home. We are a family of 8, including grandchildren (ages 17 and up), grown children and us, the grandparents! The home is beautifully kept, clean, very well located, roomy and wonderfully decorated. If you are looking for sleek and sterile, leave this home for the rest of us who appreciate something that shows character and love of family. The owner makes it a dream to use with his easy directions, suggestions and notes for a comfortable stay. We would love to stay here again.

Truly Outstanding!

Paul was very, very nice, helpful, informative and accommodating. The property was spacious, well-maintained and immaculate. Location near town center and beaches was outstanding. House was better stocked than any other place we have ever rented. (You’re on vacation, but need 1-2 tablespoons of olive oil…). Really cannot recommend the rental highly enough!

This was our first time renting through VRBO and we were renting a home to utilize for our Daughter's Destination Wedding on the Cape. The owner was absolutely fantastic to work with. He went above and beyond by providing suggestions for Wedding vendors that proved to be excellent. The home is beautiful and is much nicer than what can be described in a verbal descriptiion or even pictures. It is very spacious and can easliy handle the 17 it sleeps. The property is immaculate and very well maintained. Even though this was a destination wedding for us it was as if this was our own home. I would highly recommend this property. Our personal thanks to the Owner for a first rate rental experience.

Big, Beautiful Home

Despite the wind, chill and some rain, we also had some sun and warmth, but it was October. The hosts have created a spacious beautiful home that accommodated my wife, me and two adult children and their families of four; ten totally. It really was plenty of space (& then some) for us all. They've decorated it beautifully with French impressionist art and nautical themes.

Best place we’ve had at the Cape!

I would 110% recommend this house for a large group vacation. We had 14 people and everyone was extremely comfortable and happy with the house and the location. Best location!!

Cool weather on the back porch was hard to beat and became our morning and evening family gathering spot! Close to town but still the lush, lovely, and quiet surroundings made it the perfect location for a serene vacation. Only wish it had a King bed, but we made it work. Owner is helpful and informative.

Christmas week

My family and I had the pleasure of staying here the week between Christmas and New Years. The house provided the opportunity for us to come together as a family but also have more than enough space to have privacy and quiet time. My four boys loved the bonus room on the second floor and the roof top deck was perfect for watching NYE fireworks. Paul was quick to respond and very gracious. Location can’t be beat and the home is lovely and comfortable. We are very grateful we were able to stay here and hope to be back!

Perfect Cape Vacation

We had an amazing week at the property with our family, which included two young kids. It is very spacious home with ample space for any activity your family has in mind. The house is immaculately cared for and charmingly decorated. The amazing roof deck and ample backyard lawn and patio made for many wonderful family memories soaking in the summer sun. Paul, the owner, is wonderful to deal with and very attentive to any needs or questions that arise. It is truly an amazing property and ideal location in Chatham. We will certainly be back.

Quintessential Cape Code coupled with Luxurious Accommodations

My family (Wife and I, 4 adult sons, elderly parents) and one of the groomsman stayed in this home for our sons wedding. We could not have picked a better home for our special time. The home is immaculate and beautiful. Plenty of comfortable beds and bathrooms. The Master Study and Great Room with Roof Deck are incredible. The Great Room and Roof Deck were major hits for post-rehearsal dinner and wedding reception nightcaps. Paul, the owner, was a great communicator and always responsive. He was generous with our check in and check out times for which we were grateful. My wife and I give this home our highest recommendation. I also recommend Cape Code Linen rental for your bedding and towel needs. Dave was great to deal with!

The perfect place for our family getaway.

This home has it all. It's beautiful, spacious, well stocked and inviting and Paul made sure that everything was perfect for our arrival. The grounds are stunning, but if you did want to venture further, you could walk to town or to the Pond. Book it, you won't be disappointed.
