「The worst hotel we have ever stayed at in Tenerife. It felt like we had arrived an old haunted house. No toilet seat on the toilet, we had to sit directly on the porcelain. The whole of downstairs smelt of metal. We worked out it was coming from the four poster bed, the frame was made of metal and was going rusty. I honestly don’t know how people could stay here for a week. We were lucky and only had one night. Regency is dated and in need of a total refurbishment. You also have electric pylons...
