Travel CotsA travel cot can be requested as part of your booking. Please be aware of the following:• Bedding is not provided.• The mattresses supplied are folding, thin and firm, as provided by the manufacturer.• You must follow the manufacturer’s safety instructions.• Do not use an additional mattress or padded bedding, such as pillows or quilts.• Please bring your own suitable bedding, such as an infant sleeping bag.• Contact reception on 01934 742 610 for mattress dimensions if required.• Travel cots may not fit in the double/master bedrooms of some accommodation units. Resort FacilitiesCheddar Woods’ facilities have a maximum capacity, so access may be limited at certain times of the day.Pre-booking is essential for activities, treatments and restaurant dining. Please contact the resort on 01934 742 610 and choose the relevant department to make a booking.The swimming pool and Go Active activities will be closed on Mondays from 28 September 2026 to 8 February 2027, apart from the school holidays, when they'll run as normal on Monday 26 October, Monday 21 December and Monday 28 December. Normal Monday opening returns from 15 February 2027.The gym can be used by guests aged 16 and over only. Access is via reception, and you may be asked for a refundable deposit.

BathrobesBathrobes are available to hire for £6.00 each.Please note that bathrobes must be requested when you arrive at the park and are subject to availability.

Electric Vehicle ChargingPlease note: Electric vehicles are strictly prohibited from being charged using the electricity supply provided by the accommodation.Guests must not use the accommodation’s electricity, sockets or other power supplies to charge an electric vehicle.

Arrival Information:

Check-in is available from 16:00. Check in is from 14:00 in selected accommodation, please see your booking confirmation to confirm this. To make your check in as smooth, quick and easy as possible, we’d like to request you call ahead for specific arrival information and to inform our reception team of your car registration number in advance of your arrival, particularly if you’re arriving outside of normal working hours. Hire of Travel Cots:

You will need to supply your own cot mattress and bedding as this is not included in the hire of travel cots. Travel cots do not fit in any of the double/master bedrooms of the following accommodation; Mendip 2, Mendip 2 Premier, Mendip 3, Mendip 3 Premier, Burrington, Burrington Premier, Allerton Premier, Langford, Langford Premier, Wedmore, Wedmore Premier.

Hot Tubs in Premier Accommodation:

Please be aware the hot tub may not be up to temperature when you first arrive due to water change and maintenance.

Additional Information:

Please note on arrival at the resort you will be asked for your car registration number and also the ages of your party members for our swimming pool regulations. Also the Mendip 3 and Mendip Premier 3 are suitable for 4 adults and 2 children, they would not be suitable for 6 adults.

Departure Information:

Please ensure you leave the accommodation by 10:00am on your day of departure however you are more than welcome to use the facilities all day.

Pets:

Please note, if you are planning on bringing your pet or animal on holiday, this must be included in your party make up when booking. If you arrive on holiday with an undeclared pet/animal, the park operators are entitled to either relocate you to suitable pet/animal-friendly accommodation (if available) or refuse access to the Park. You may also be liable for any Pet charge, cleaning costs and/or relocation costs incurred. Please check with the retreat prior to including any extra pets. Any pets arriving undeclared could be asked to leave the retreat if there is no pet accommodation available.

Group Bookings/Party Types:

No Work vehicles or Workwear will be permitted on site. Un-authorised Work Parties will not be allowed to stay. A security deposit may be requested on arrival.
