“Excellent stay! Room was very comfortable and clean, great SPA facilities and a very good breakfast. We had a dinner reservation at the restaurant that wowed us on arrival but left very disappointed after the meal. Menu was disappointing and overpriced. Need to hire a new chef and less more attentive staff. ”

“Beautifully renovated historic building with beautiful garden and a top-notch restaurant. The new lift is especially good, saving us the effort to wrestle luggages up the steep stairs typically of older Dutch buildings. Quiet surroundings at the historic city center. “Very very kind and perfecto service!!”

“Location is not too bad, it takes around 15 minutes walk to the free ferry. Hotel looks new, however, house keeping is only so so, found carpet inside room is not thoroughly vacuum cleaned. Some reception staffs are helpful, but some staffs are not that efficient, need to wait some times for checking in even though there are not many customers in the line.”

“Overall, I had a great stay. The design of the hotel was stylish and thoughtfully curated—modern, with a sophisticated color palette that I really loved. The only downside was the noise from the room above. Every late night and early morning, I could clearly hear footsteps overhead, and even the ceiling light fixture in my room would rattle with a metallic or glass-clinking sound.
