「A wonderful property - the pool was very popular with my kids」

「The house suited our needs for our son’s baseball tournament at Cooperstown Dream Park, which was 15 minutes away. Communication with the owners was great. The house was clean, the beds were comfortable and the scenery was peaceful.」

「Clea, quiet, and close to everything」

「A bit pricey for what you get but overall happy with the place. Beds were comfortable and place was as described. There was no pre-stay information emailed ahead of time and I had reach out to the host multiple times to understand the checkin procedures. We also had issues with the fan/light remote that took a few days to resolve and the smoke alarm chirped throughout one night but was resolved the next morning.」

「Plenty of room for all of us. 8 adults and very private」

「Best VRBO we have stayed at so far. Truly magical and the grounds felt like we were in a fairly garden. Close to town and nice hiking trails, but was also secluded. I cannot wait to visit again!」

「My family and I stayed while our son played at Dreams Park. Excellent location and perfect for 4 of us! The pool was great to keep my other kids entertained during down time. Multiple shared washers and dryers were a great perk! The open field was also great for my children to play volleyball and wiffle ball! Would definitely stay again!」

「Charming little cottage. There was NO AC, my own fault for missing this information on listing. River with falls a lovely ambiance. Cottage had everything I needed. Good stock of games and firepit outside to keep kids busy. Location was poorly marked on road. And there was 2 addresses that drop on GPS. Did take us about 30 mins to locate the actual address and location. Sleeping arrangements were great in the loft. But the one queen bed was very uncomfortable, extremely uneven bed. That really...

「Great place!」
