“Property was clean and maintained. The staff was nice and the included breakfast is a pleasant inclusion for the price, however the pool was closed most likely due to the fact it was in need of cleaning but we are in the height of the summer and the reason we booked was for a pool to cool off in. Needless to say we were a little disappointed with the pool being closed.”

“As a continental breakfast, the variety was actually quite good. Unfortunately, the hotel really needs a better chef—the potatoes were mushy and burnt, sausages took 30 minutes to come out, the eggs were overcooked, and the toaster setting was too long, leaving the bread burnt. The room itself was decent, but check-in was a nightmare. We waited nearly an hour because of poor communication between the hotel and EXPEDIA. Even though we had already paid, the hotel almost charged us again. Too many……

“Paid for a suite with two queens and a trundle. Recieved a king with a trundle. Not sure how a reservation can change. Was traveling with 4 children so it was not enough beds for us and therefore no one slept well. I understand they were full and could not switch us rooms, but we should have been entitled to at least a refund of the difference plus the inconvenience.”

“Have stayed here previously and it doesn't disappoint. Very clean and comfortable rooms and such easy access to the Spokane Airport. 24 hour shuttle service is reason for staying here. Just wish at the price there was some type of continental breakfast offerred. It would be nice to be able to grab a muffin or something quick without having to buy breakfast.”
