“I loved this hotel, and the staff are truly on another level. They couldn’t have been more attentive and helpful, assisting with everything from airport transfers to finishing my laundry late at night. The location is good, and the room is excellent: spacious, very clean, fully equipped kitchen, and everything feels new. The bed was made and towels were changed daily. The laundry room on the top floor is free and available 24/7, which is a huge plus. The only minor inconvenience is the entrance……

“We were pleased, as we always are, with the Holo Mersey apartment organization. This apartment was within easy walking distance of everything a tourist might want to see yet far enough away to feel like you were living like a local. Our host was on top of everything from the get go. Days before our check in we were informed of the procedure for arriving after hours, a pick up was arranged and we were set up in our hotel after with absolutely no issue. The water was wonderfully hot for showers,……

“Le sejour s'est très bien passé, le personnel est serviable et souriant. J'ai choisi volontairement cet hotel pour ne pas avoir de bruit de la circulation ou des bars, résultat obtenu sans problème. Il est bien sûr excentré du centre, mais avec grab, bus voir à pied, c'est possible sans problème. La chambre et salle de bain sont spacieuses, confortables et bien equipés. Le petit déjeuner est copieux.”
