“We had a wonderful stay this weekend! The cabin was beautiful and the fire pit and rec room was so nice! Very close to Cherokee, NC. We loved our stay!!”

“We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! When we drove up and saw the relaxing front porch with seating, and the firepit close by, we knew it would be just like home! And the inside was cozy and comfortable. Plenty of room for teenagers and young children as well as adults. ( that master bedroom though! heaven!) The hospitality was great! snacks on the table, interesting books in case we were up for reading, even a pair of binoculars so that you can see the goats on the mountain out the front window!”

“The tiny house is very cute. All the comforts of home in a small package. The outside stairs are much appreciated when you are ready to move luggage to/from the loft bedroom. Nice quiet neighborhood in Cullowhee area, very convenient to Sylva/Dillsboro”

“We stayed 4 nights here and found this charmer clean, well stocked, and located close to downtown Waynesville. There were 2 of us and I think more than 4 would be a tight fit. The description of this VRBO is accurate and the communication with the owners via text is great. We were disappointed there was no grill at first but got too busy with all the wonderful things to do on the area to grill anyway. If you’re looking for peace and quiet you will find it a bit noisy with the cars going up and……

“We so enjoyed our stay at the Creekside Cottage after Christmas. Cozy cabin and our family of five fit well here. With our 21, 19 and 17 year old, it was a sweet time to be in "close" quarters so we could really enjoy each other. Fishing on Lake Natahala was great and caught lots of smallmouths, largemouth and yellow perch. Hiking Silar Bald was fantastic..one day it was beautiful and sunny and next day hike it was snowy and icy...simply beautiful in completley different ways. Would come back……

“My sister and I had a great stay at the Lake House. The house was very clean and well stocked with essentials. The location is great! Very close to Main Street activities and central to outdoor adventures. Upon arrival, the hosts had fresh baked, delicious strawberry and blueberry muffins there for us! Great place to stay!”

“Great house with convenient access to pickleball, dog park, driving range, putt-putt, and hiking trails. Quiet neighborhood community with easy access to the main road. Unique screened porch with TV and fireplace. Interior fireplace helped keep the house warm and cozy on chilly days. Beds were surprisingly comfortable. Provided a great opportunity for our family to unplug and get away from the daily grind.”

“We visit the Smoky Mountain National Park often and this was our first time staying on the North Carolina side of the park. Our family really enjoyed the cabin as it was close to Bryson City for groceries and food but still felt secluded. The cabin was clean and had everything we needed. We were a little uncertain of our kids sleeping on the other side of the porch/breezeway but it worked fine and they enjoyed it. We were also close to Cherokee where we did plenty of shopping too. It was close……

“We woke up every morning to enjoy the gorgeous sunrise over the mountains. We picked this cabin because of the stunning views from inside, and not just from a deck, which was harder to find in the area. Very well-equipped kitchen. Tiny quiet neighborhood well off of any main roads. Check the weather forecast for Fontana Dam before you go- the house is not fully winterized, and the furnace could not keep up when temps were sustaining below 35-40F”

“The location was great and this might be the nicest VRBO and owner that I have booked. The owner responded to every message in less than 30 minutes and typically in less than 5. The outside looks plain but the inside is wonderfully done with great decorative touches. Everyone in our group felt this way. Thanks Day hope to be back. Obtw. “This cabin was near what we wanted to do: visit Cherokee and hike in the mountains. It was also a great place to return to at the end of the day. The porch overlooking the river was spectacular. The cabin had a "woodsy" feel to it and was very quiet. The beds were comfortable. Clint was communicative as needed. We especially appreciate that he contacted us promptly when he discovered that we left a pair of glasses behind. He offered to send them to us and refused payment, event for postage.”

The property is scenic, and there is river access. The cabin is clean and comfortable and well stocked with amenities. We are planning a return trip.”
