Newly remodeled apartment in the heart of Downtown Waynesville. Enter into the open floor plan space with kitchen & living area. Full kitchen features open shelving & rustic wood cabinets, granite countertops and bar and new stainless steel appliances. Living room features exposed brick, wood accents & new 55" Smart HDTV.
Clean, modern bathroom with white subway tile shower. Cozy bedroom with Queen sleigh bed, dresser & closet.
*Apartment is located on the second floor & must be accessed via stairs from Main Street.

Host was very detailed with information supplied for check-in. Apt was very nice overall. Bed too firm for our liking unfortunately, but our own preference issue! Noise from bar below during operating hours, as expected. Parking out front and behind property very reasonable for downtown stay. Thank you for allowing us the opportunity to stay!

Great place in an amazing town! Everything walkable! Very cute place with everything we needed. Some noise from restaurant below that we could hear but it was never bothersome. And, sleep/noise machine cancelled it all out for a good nights sleep. On the upside, we woke up to the smell of bacon downstairs on Sunday.

Second time we’ve stayed. We rented three of the condo’s. A couple things we would love to see change is King size beds. And TV in bedroom. Otherwise we love it.

The unit was very clean, comfortable, and stylish. I particularly liked it's location---right in the middle of downtown Waynesville. Parking in the front of the building was easy. I enjoyed exploring nearby shops, and the Main Street Diner has great breakfasts. I did not find the Boojum Brewing Company downstairs to be overly noisy or bothersome. Thank you for hosting me.

Nice but a little noisy.

The apartment itself was comfortable and roomy for my wife and I. It sits on Main Street and in walking distance of restaurants and shops. The property itself sits over a brewery pub. It’s for the most part insulated against sound but some noise does leak through. There is only stair access. If you have issues going up and down stairs then this property may not be your choice. There is an emergency exit in back but would require a person to step out on a landing and descend down a ladder attached to the back wall. Overall, I’d say this property would work well for younger folks, not retirees.

Prime Location

The unit was updated and just really nice. The location was within walking distance to everything. The mattress on the bed was so comfortable. You are staying on Main Street but you do not hear any noise. Also the parking was very accessible. Definitely will stay again.

Perfect Location in the heart of town Waynesville

We enjoyed our stay and would definitely book again. It was very convenient and clean. We loved the location! It truly was perfect. It was in the heart of downtown, so we were able to walk to shops and restaurants. We could hear the noise from the restuarant but it wasn't bad and it did not go on too late. We would stay here again. The host was very responsive and easy to work with. We highly recommend this place.

Visiting for a wedding

Had a fantastic time in Waynesville. This condo is perfect for 2 people, clean and right in the middle of Main St. We happen to be staying here during the Apple Fest right on Main St. which was a bonus. If you stay here, you have to eat at the brewery below the condo. Great food. Thank you for the hospitality!

Highly Recommend this VRBO

We spent 4 nights in this VRBO. The apartment was clean, comfortable, very well decorated, and provided all the conveniences of home. The apartment is in a great location in downtown Waynesville above Boojum Brewery (great location also). The apartment was quiet - never heard street noise of any noise from Boojum brewery. The location was convenient to walk to all the restaurants, shops, and breweries in Waynesville. Will definitely consider staying there again!!!

Always a Joy
