「First: The pet room smelled of STRONG vinegar. Then, the front desk approved a late check out at breakfast for my wife because we arrived in middle of the night and I got a call from someone grumpy saying they guess they would “let” us leave late—so who knows what happened there. It was weird, the smell was overwhelming, and it had rotten crusty ice cream in the freezer.」

「Beautiful facility. Stayed overnight while traveling through. No intention of gambling, but really needed to have dinner. There was a line to get into the cafe but lots of empty tables. Tried room service several times but they wouldn’t even pick up the phone. None of the staff I spoke to knew of a problem or had a helpful solution. Finally spotted some prepackaged cut fruit and a sandwich at the Starbucks counter. These were delicious and averted a crisis for my elderly mother and me. Beautiful...

「Shower pressure was 10/10. Front desk was 10/10. Even gave me recommendations for dinner. Location was good to everything. Easy to find right off i-86 next to Burger King.」

「The rooms were clean as was the bathroom. Breakfast was ok, typical. Coffee was meh. The beds squeaked so every time I moved, it would wake me and my husband up, though we did not sleep well regardless. Our biggest gripe was the lawnmower at 7:30 am. That was ridiculous. It may have been the mall beside, but that doesn’t matter, we still lost valuable rest we needed to travel home the next day. The property managers need to speak and get that addressed.」

「There was nobody at the front of the hotel when we entered. When we first walked into the room, there was hair and white dust all over the mattress. The bed itself would move and was not locked. The sink faucet was incredibly rusty. They also assured us breakfast, but we were given stale and expired food. 」

「This is a beautiful property. The rooms are spacious with a gorgeous view of the lake. They have coffee stations on every floor which is very convenient. The staff were all very friendly and helpful.」

「This is a very new hotel and the room is clean and comfortable. The staff is very helpful when they see us are having a baby traveling with us. I would definitely stay here when I come to Jamestown next time! 」
