“This was a locally owned property that Quality Inn bought and updated a bit. So there are some motel rooms and some hotel rooms on this property. The first night we were put in a motel room. I don’t typically stay in a motel room but I liked that our car could be parked right in front of our door. This room was a bit dated but it was clean, cool, and beds were comfy enough. We were only there for one night. Then some plans had changed so we decided to go back and stay three more nights. This……

Only down side for us was no breakfast provided.”

“Looked like the room was under construction. There was only a screen in the bathroom window. No glass. Mosquitos getting through the corner gaps. The window in the main room only had what seems like a storm window - no way to open it or further sound/weather proof the room. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The cleaning person was delightful and helpful. The company said they would send a text message with check in and out instructions and they never did. Never responded to a text message.”

“I love the room and the breakfast snacks! I appreciate that they actually served freshly cut fruits for breakfast. Most hotels just proved sad orange, banana and apples. Here, we got freshly-cur berries. The property is nice and clean. There are bathrooms in the common area (I like this part a lot!) Also, great location! Close to most tour providers and attractions in the Pictured Rock National Lakeshore. Both popular “pasty” bakeries (Muldoon’s and Miners) are nearby. The on-site restaurant,……

“Our stay was great. It was clean and staff were helpful but not up front friendly like five star places. Bed was not plush but be both slept well. It was not a five star hotel. But the price point is fair for what you get.”

“The first night I was arranged to stay behind the elevator, which made me feel uncomfortable and vibrated. Because it was a standard double room with two beds, it was better for me to sleep in the other bed. Since I had placed two reservations, the girl at the front desk said that I had to move to the room downstairs for the second night.
