“The elevator broke and we were on the 3rd floor, the bathrooms were dirty and poorly kept, the rooms smelled moldy, when asked if they had any soda for sale the guest service lady said if there’s any in the machine that all we have. The holiday Inn Express is right across the bridge and we stayed there the previous night and it was much nicer for the money!!”

When we got to the room - the police were at the front desk and the drunken guest was a our nextdoor neighbor. It really bothered my son. The breakfast staff was super friendly.”
