Independence Hall & the Historic District is a 10 minute walk. Sonny's fantastic cheese steaks is 2 blocks away. 2nd year we've stayed here, will again!”

The house exceeded our expectations in every way; it was impeccably clean, well-maintained, and situated in an ideal location. The hosts were exceptionally hospitable. “We are ballpark chasers and we visited Philadelphia to see a Phillies game. Jennifer was a wonderful host and checked on us before, during and after our trip. Her beautifully renovated, decorated and clean home is a quick drive to the ballpark and a convenient walk to Independence Hall and other historical sites. There is a pharmacy in walking distance as well as coffee shops and restaurants. Check-in was so easy and the park across the street gave a nice view from each of the three floors. The……

“We had to take my aunt off life support. One of the hardest weeks of my life however the owners were the best and the home is absolutely wonderful. Close to absolutely everything and there’s a parking garbage right across the street . Spacious is an understatement. I’d love to know where they got that wood furniture piece from bc it’s definitely one of a kind. You will not regret it. I stay at these a lot and this is my first perfect 10”

“First, Reginald is amazing, super responsive and the property had everything and more. OMG the property location is center to everything whether driving or taking an Uber. Plenty of space and great on street parking. If you are in the Phila area this is the place for you!!!!”

“The place was well decorated with high end appliances and furnishings. However, it was lacking a few basic amenities. There was no iron, only 3 face clothes (for a place that sleeps 7) and only 1/3 a roll of papertowel. It appeared to be clean but there was a lot of hair in the bathrooms and an ant problem. Parking was terrible, but ig that's typical for the area. Unless you're prepared to walk a few blocks to and from your vehicle, this may not be the best option for you. All that being……

“We were here for just one night and this place was perfect. Easy access, clean, and very responsive host. My only suggestion is to have more security between the private room and the rest of the house, there was no deadbolt between the door and it would have felt safer as a renter of a private room to have that option. Otherwise great stay.”
