“Excellent studio apartment with all the facilities you'd need for a short stay, in a clean, modern building and at a great price. Great central location and good for trams, especially if travelling to Tramlines festival. Lots of extra facilities in building like a laundry room which was very useful. Would definitely stay again next time in Sheffield.”

“The property is ideally situated for the city centre. Very clean and tidy, easy checking in process on the morning of check in you are sent a message with the codes to get into the property and for the key safe of your room. Would stay here again. ”

“Beautiful apartment and convenient location.”

“The room overlooked the Shalesmoor tram stop and a busy roundabout so there was no break from traffic noise. Given the room was stinking hot and no aircon in summer, the only way of reducing noise was closing the window. Tv not working. No kettle, felt springs from bed”

“I was a little concerned that check in info, including teh address, was to be provided only 3 hours before check-in time, but in the event it all worked out fine. The apartment is not fancy, but comfortable, spacious, clean and well equipped.”

“pros: great convenient location quiet, decent sound proofing heating worked fine reliable wifi comfortable overall cons: given contact phone no. doesn't work, their online info needs updating. missing basics - no bath mat, no hair dryer, no tv, no kitchen cleaning supplies (sponge, bin bags etc.) rendering the kitchen useless except for microwave & fridge. inconvenient keys pick up & drop off from a locker 5mins away clean enough overall but dishes were a bit dirty ”

“Bed was very uncomfortable and they gave us a key that didn’t work to the front door of the building. Was woken up early morning by the cleaner so had to check out earlier than implied. Won’t be coming back ”

“The perfect location for a stay in the Peak District, with arguably the best view from a pub garden anywhere in the UK? Perfect for a family of four, with all rooms well furnished and a generous kitchen and lounge set up. Great for self-catering, but the food in the pub downstairs was good stuff. Buxton, Bakewell and Chatsworth House are all inside a 20-minute drive, and you can simply pop hiking boots on and start over the back fence of the beer garden for a good walk. “A great place to stay in a picturesque environment. Peaceful and relaxing. A great base to go into Sheffield or visit any of the historic sites in the Peak District. What an incredibly beautiful area! We would come back in a heartbeat! ”
