Only reasons for 4 start over 5 are small areas for improvement: Little more attention to detail on cleaning needed - dirty used tray in oven/ food debris in cutlery tray. Would also appreciate communication re access to property being sent a little sooner, was worried it wouldn't be sent.」

「Communication with the owners was difficult as they failed to respond to messages promptly in regards to booking a parking space at an additional cost, and the instructions to access the parking were very late in arriving and had to be chased up several times. On arrival, trying to find the correct lock box was a nightmare with so many lock boxes, at least 3 were labelled the same but thankfully we eventually got the apartment keys and the remote for the car park barrier.
