“Communication with the owners was difficult as they failed to respond to messages promptly in regards to booking a parking space at an additional cost, and the instructions to access the parking were very late in arriving and had to be chased up several times. On arrival, trying to find the correct lock box was a nightmare with so many lock boxes, at least 3 were labelled the same but thankfully we eventually got the apartment keys and the remote for the car park barrier. “Really poor communication - had to chase for confirmation which was still not received until the day of check in. Building is dirty and the vent from the bathroom ducts from the waste disposal area so the entire room had a terrible smell.”

“屬於公寓類型的旅館，最棒的是有完整廚具的廚房。可自己到附近的商店購買微波、烘烤或煮食的食品，並自行下廚。電車與公車站就在旁邊，行動方便。但是晚上電車行駛較晚，振動會造成些許困擾。有洗衣機對我們而言是相當方便的。但是有兩個晚上，隔壁房在半夜洗衣服，振動造成我無法入眠。”

“Location was good, cleanliness of the place overall was poor, I had to clean the toilet before using it, the bathroom wasn’t cleaned, the bath towel was still damp so we couldn’t have a shower when we arrived. When we stripped the bed there was a child’s pyjama top in the pillowcase, no mattress protector, the studio needs finishing off, lack of attention to detail, balcony was an added bonus”
