“The sounds of silence! After spending a week in Paris on our trip to Europe, we traveled to Lake Como to stay in this beautiful property in Dorio. The idyllic location is not only beautiful it is also quiet. If you were looking for a place with natural beauty to relax, this is the place!”

“We loved our stay! The house suited our needs for our 2 night stay in Lake Como and we loved the proximity to a lovely hike over the peninsula and away from the "touristy" spots of Lake Como. A couple notes... the pool view is not the view from the house and there is actually a house in most of the view of the house with only a side view of the lake out of the main window so that was a disappointment and honestly a bit deceiving based on the pictures. There were no toiletries (soap/shampoo)……

“Das Appartement ist großzügig und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Sehr hell, ruhig und bis auf das Kinderzimmer sehr geräumig. Die Küche ist perfekt eingerichtet und man kann ganz wunderbar auf der Terrasse sitzen und den Blick auf den gegenüberliegenden Berg und den See genießen. Wir hatten einen sehr entspannten Aufenthalt .”

“Der Aufenthalt war wirklich toll. Es ist ein Ort zum entspannend und abschalten. Es gibt nichts zu meckern.”

“Vor Anreise meldete sich die Agentur bei uns mit allen Infos. Dadurch konnten wir das Haus einfach finden und der Check-In lief reibungslos. Überraschend war, dass es ein paar Meter weiter, weitere Parkplätze gab was sehr gut war denn der Parkplatz vor dem Haus war für unser Auto zu klein (Achtung bei Anreise mit großem Auto auch wegen enger und steilen Straßen) Sehr gut war außerdem die Kommunikation mit unserer Ansprechpartnerin Claudia die uns immer half, wenn es etwas zu beachten gab. “This appartment has a beautiful view of the mountains and lake. It has a beautiful terrace and it is very nice that there is a fence. It’s is big enough for a small family but a bit more cutterly and glasses would be nice otherwise you are washing up right after every meal. The hosts are very friendly!!”

“We really enjoyed our stay at Casa Fontanera. Very good communication with the host throughout the whole stay and beyond (as we forgot shoes). The house is perfectly suited for larger groups with individual bathrooms for each room. The views and garden including pool are great. Located on the hill you can choose to either walk to Gravedona (approx. 30 mins), take a bus or the car. We would definitley recommend it.”

“Die Wohnung bietet genügend Platz und eine tolle Aussicht auf den Comer See. Die Zimmer waren sauber und das Badezimmer war angenehm groß und gut ausgestattet. Leider war das angekündigte Wlan-Netzwerk nicht zu erreichen, was auch nach mehrfacher Nachfrage an den Vermieter über die gesamten 10 Tage unseres Aufenthalts nicht behoben wurde.”

“Unseren Aufenthalt kann man im Allgemeinen als gut bezeichnen. Bemängelt wird, dass keine geeignete Kaffeemaschine für Zubereitung nach deutscher Art vorhanden war (Pulverkaffee, keine Pads). Das Türschloß vom Gartentor ist defekt, was insbesondere bei der Anreise, sowie im weiterem Aufenthalt zu Komplikationen führte.Das Umfeld der Treppe war verschmutzt. Fernsehempfang gestört (schwaches Signnal) außerdem nur italienische Sender.”

“Mooi huis, veel ruimte en voorzieningen. Net als veel anderen hebben we buiten geleefd. De buitenkeuken was een feest. Alles is er wel zo'n beetje. Enige wat we gemist hebben en wel zou volstaan bij dit huis is een wasmachine en wasrek. Fijne ontvangst door Francesca. We hebben een goede week gehad.”

“Toll gelegenes Hotel am Comer See...Zimmer war einfach aber praktisch ausgestattet. Frühstück gut. Pool etwas kühl. Sehr viele Parkplätze. Herrlicher Garten”

“Hotel Vischi was amazing - we have been traveling in Italy for 2.5 weeks and spent our last 2 nights here. The rooms are very clean, spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was amazing also. We loved the area as it is quieter than the south of the lake but has plenty of walks and areas to bike ride. The ferry pickup is a short walk away. There is also ample free parking at the hotel. We used the spa (steam room and sauna. We used the hotel complimentary bikes to go on a 15k bike ride……
