A half a block from U Street and a green line metro station -- that was the perfect combo for our needs: good restaurants and easy access to Smithsonian museums. We ate in the neighborhood all three nights (Barcelona, Doi Moi and Eatopia) and happy with all. Self check-in and check-out were easy, too. Each bedroom has a double bed that can sleep two.
