We helped the owner out by staying home for two half days for the WiFi technician to come by and conduct repairs, once the repair's were done the WiFi signal was very poor at best with frequent disconnects.. We decided to leave there one day early from our scheduled departure date."

"El hotel es bueno, pero el servicio al cliente por parte del staff es bastante básico. En el restaurante, lamentablemente, los meseros no conocen bien el menú y la atención resulta poco cordial. No hay seguimiento para verificar si el cliente necesita algo más o si todo está bien con el servicio.
