“Excellent place to stay in Chiang Mai. We stayed in 2 bedroom condo. Only thing is that they don’t have a reception. So communication with the property becomes a complicated issue.”

“Located walking distance to old Chiang Mia and weekend market. Everything you need for a comfortable stay is provided ( Soap, shampoo, dish and clothes washing detergent etc. ) There was also water and some drinks and snacks! The condo is well designed and the bed is comfortable. My daughter and I loved the apartment!”

“准确的说，周边环境，方便程度都是可以的！但是由于是新建好的，所以卫生问题很大，房间中的味道也很大，如果是带孩子的绝对不推荐这里！浴巾在掉毛，热水器的热水调到最大也不算很热。电热水壶全新的没有处理过的，壶里味道很大，也许我是这个房间的第一名住客！”

“What an adorable little condo that is in an amazing location! The building is safe, and the condo has everything you could ask for — including a washing machine and tiny adorable kitchen. The owner is super kind and very responsive to any questions I had. Highly recommend! ”

“1. Every staffs are warm and kind. There is no front desk but I have no problem throughout my stay because I am alway connected to host Tom via on-line. 2. Excellent for kids - Sony PS is there with big TV screen!!! My two sons preferr this apartment rather than 5 star resorts now. 3. I learned that the area of Nimman suffers from the big noise of airplanes.But don't worry! The apartment provides free ear plugs.”
