“Small family-owned inn located in center of Civitella in Val di Chiana. Room was comfortable and included all we needed. It was cold upon check-in which the co-owner tried to remedy with a space heater. It took a while. The room warmed up after the first night. The other co-owner kindly offered me our first night complimentary. (Thank you again.). “Amazing! Beautiful and quiet. Very clean. Staff is amazing. Breakfast was delicious. It’s about a 10-15 minute walk from the train station. We did it with luggage and without and it really wasn’t bad. The staff at the hotel has a list of taxi drivers and their phone numbers they can give you. Grocery store is a short distance away, although if you are like us get a taxi because it won’t be fun carrying a bunch of groceries back. We had 4 heads to feed for 5 days. The family suit is……

“Pleasant/courteous staff. Very clean fabulous breakfast with your morning cappucino. Also across the street from a wonderful pastry store , and a nice park to get your morning run in. Town people are very chilled and stress free.”

“Was a great location, about a 20 minute walk from the train station or a bus stop right in front. Its a huge spiral staircase to get to your floor, which wasn't an issue for us. Didn't hear a thing from inside or outside except for on the last night whoever was above us had their alarm going for an hour straight, but we were getting up shortly anyways. Very walkable to either side of the river, we took a bus a couple times and then just went on foot for everything else. Storage lockers in……

“À ce prix là vue sur autoroute!!!!! En plus on a payé un surplus car la chambre était rénovée. Franchement problème de nettoyage douche. Déjà des moisissures aux niveau des joints du carrelage de la douche italienne. À ce prix là j’attendais vraiment mieux. Mettre une bouilloire dans la chambre sans adaptateur de prise italienne c’est une blague ? Par contre personnel très agréable. ”

“This is the most under rated property in Florence! request a first floor, Piazza facing apartment and your view is spectacular! Never mind the people watching! Worth every dollar spent. Just know that it is noisy at night until around 1am as it's in a very public piazza but you just need good earplugs or the aircon on to drown that out if it was to bother you. ”

“Vacation for a family of 5. The apartment was nice. The only downside was poor communication. I contacted them per their instructions a week before our arrival with our information and was told we could drop our luggage early. When we arrived in Florence, I sent a message via Whatsapp 30 minutes before getting to the apt. (per their instructions), but never heard back. Arrived at the apt. and sent another message with no response, so found a storage facility, dragged our luggage there, paid 33……

“距離中央車站很近，走路只要3-5分鐘。 每個房間都有自己的特色，這次我們住在black&white房型，很大，而且廁所居然有地暖，有每天自選早餐送到房門口，醒來就有好吃的早餐，推薦他們自製蜂蜜，很好吃，房間唯一小缺點是浴缸沒有乾濕分離很容易潑濕地板。 服務人員都很nice，很樂意幫忙， 老闆也很熱心，推薦了我們一些當地值得去的景點以及在地美食，其中包括超好吃牛肚包小販，而且還幫我們預訂了一家百年老店餐廳，超好吃！ 我們也嘗試在老闆新開在民宿的小巧餐廳用餐，一人30歐元，嘗試了義大利傳統料理，味道不錯，但實在不適應硬式的義大利麵 離開的時候，老闆還送了我們一張小卡跟小禮物橄欖油，要是送蜂蜜就更棒了”
