Logan Square apartment close to everything making it easy to plan your visit!

Directly above a stylish neighborhood cocktail bar, you can enjoy Chicago night life right at your door steps .

Street parking is available but not guaranteed, please read all parking signs to avoid tickets and being towed. You can always utilize parking apps such as SpotHero or ParkWhiz to ensure a parking spot. The California Blue Line stop is just a few mins away , making it easy to get to from O'Hare.

The Space
City living at its best, you will enjoy a comfortable two bedroom and one bathroom unit to make yourself right at home. You will be walking distance to restaurants, coffee shops and transportation.

Each bedroom offers one double bed and tv.

While there is no designated living room or dining room please enjoy the airy and bright kitchen with large wooden bar for eating , games and work.

Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire unit plus in unit washer and dryer

Other things to note
Please note this unit is directly above a trendy neighborhood bar which can sometimes be noisy especially on the weekends.

Apartment is located on the first floor, stair climbing up one full flight of stairs is required as there are no elevators in the buildings.

The couch is not a sofa sleeper and does not convert into a bed

For certain bookings we may require additional screening , identification and security deposit.

Well appointed. Located above an interesting bar. The owner had the property management people handle a couple issues that arose.

We were very happy with our stay. The apartment was super clean and spacious. As the listing mentions, it is located above a bar so there is definitely noise at night. We found that using some machines took care of this without much issue. Great proximity to public transit and lots of great restaurants in the neighborhood. If you're traveling with kids, there's a small park a few doors down with a splash pad.

Cute and clean

Perfect property for a mom/son birthday weekend. Easy Uber ride to Wrigley Field for Cubs game. Walkable to store and other conveniences. Very clean. Easy communication with host. There is a bar below the apartment, but did not bother us and in some cases, some people would enjoy that. Highly recommend.

A Logan Square Dream

We loved the convenience of this location as it was so close to the blue line and in the center of Logan. Check in/out was the easiest thing ever and host was very responsive, accommodating and friendly. The only downfalls of this place were the bed frames felt loose and at times, requiring us to reposition the bed several times during our stay. The floors were also quite dirty as just walking around the apt left my bare feet black. Overall wonderful stay!

Nice location in Logan square

2 bedroom 1 bath with amenities. Located on second floor above Spilt Milk a nice local neighborhood bar. If you are a light sleeper this would not be for you. We didn’t mind it because we are night light sleepers. Beds firm.Would stay here again.

Excellent apartment and location

We were in town to visit close friends and my daughter and her partner who live in Logan Square. It worked out very well as a base of operations and my wife and daughter enjoyed working on the puzzles that Nicole provided.

Great location. Super convenient. Close to a lot of restaurants, bars, and the Blue Line. The apartment itself was fine, the only downside was that it's directly over a bar, so it's insanely loud inside the apartment Fri / Sat late evenings. There are earplugs available in the apartment though, and it was fine any other day but those two. Smelled a bit of smoke one time, but I think that was just someone outside at the bar smoking.

Great place, perfect for our needs

This was a great location with well thought out amenities. It can be a little noisy at night with the bar located below, but the earplugs provided were helpful and it really wasn’t a problem for us. We’d gladly return here!

Great Locstion

Very clean. Great location. Well stocked. I also really appreciated there were not 10 pages of check out instructions. 2 blocks to Starbucks. 2 blocks to the CTA. 1 block to a small grocery store/deli. Great diner 2 blocks away. It is above a popular neighborhood bar. Friday night was fairly loud, Saturday was not bad, Sunday was quiet. Overall great experience and would stay again if visit friends in this area of town.
