The hotel is very old. The room is also not clean. It was a very bad hotel experience for us.

The staff is nice. Breakfast is good. There is a big mall nearby,about 15 mins drive, a good shopping and eating place.

They seemed nice but they serve breakfast at 7:00 a m. Which I went to hotels it was served 6:00 a.m.

I booked this hotel through Expedia and made the payment at the time of booking. However, at the time of checking in, hotel staff asked for additional charge for my child who I already paid for. Even after explaining the full payment for same count of guests, he made me wait in the lobby as he was checking with his manager. Although he finally let us check in without additional charge. I found this causing displeasure and stress after a long day drive.

I was on my way home from a trip visiting family with my son in Kentucky. This was just to be a nice place to stop at for a rest. Upon checking I asked to use the bathroom after being on the road. I was told the public bathroom was out of order. then to be told shortly later that they now usable. Once I entered the bathroom it was dirty. it was clear that the out of order sign was just to keep people out of it. Sai. I believe was his name, he checked me in well.. actually he was training a nice young women whom was a dear. BUT SAI!! he was rude. very rude. made me feel uncomfortable.
only and hour later I went to the desk to request ONE extra towel. my room only had two and was in need of and extra one. AFTER getting the third degree about how many people were in my room. I explain twice why that I needed two towels for myself... being one for my hair one for my body. and one for my son. I was given an extra towel. This was SAI whom was being to rude about one towel ONE TOWEL!!!
In the room there is a motion sensor it goes off with any movement. I WAS WOKEN UP THREE!! from just my son moving the bed. the third time it work me up was 2:45am. so I just packed up my stuff and left. Never even got to get to use one of my amenities I paid for, meaning breakfast.
I ASLO feel bad for whom ever gets stuck with room 138. For it is next to an entrance. When this door closes it slams with the LOUDEST SOUND. which i am sure would wake up anyone in the middle of the night.
