been back and forth in here to just relax and have my me-time. great place to stay- near the mall and lots of dining options; neat rooms, friendly staff; they usually accommodate my request but not in my recent stay which kinda disappointed me a bit esp being a Hilton honors member but i understand because it was a busy time...hopefully in my next stay...nevertheless, i'ts great place to stay...

Love this hotel. Only stayed for a long weekend but was very happy. Clean rooms, staff were always friendly and very approachable. The only negative was that the room did not have a microwave. Centrally located to everything. Shopping and food were within walking distance. Also, I recommend that you download the App. Keyless entry and check in was so convenient. Highly recommend.

The hotel was very convenient for me. My only issue was the lighting in the room. It was very dim in the bathroom. The housekeeping staff was excellent and the hotel is very clean. It was a busy weekend there.

The staff was friendly and attentive, and the room was clean. The entire facility is well maintained, and breakfast at the adjacent Jameson’s Charhouse was delicious. The hotel’s location is excellent—within walking distance of shopping, grocery stores, and the performing arts center (we were in town to see the Queen concert). The outdoor pool had a few small autumn leaves, and the mattress was a bit too soft for my liking, but overall this hotel is a winner. I would definitely recommend staying here!

One big plus is the location and the myriad of amenities nearby - either shop or restaurants. What we didn’t like as a family of four with young kids was the big party that was thrown in the hotel during our stay, as we could feel the sound vibration even though we were on the 10th floor. Rooms are also not soundproofed
