Quite average. Nothing special but not poor either. I would describe it as average which isn’t a bad thing. For the price, you get a decent room that’s spacious and does what you need it to do.

The building is dated, and there are a few things that need repairs. The main issue was other guests being loud. But the staff was amazing and helpful! We gotnin a bit too early for check-in, but they still let my family and I check-in. We enjoyed our stay.

I had no issue finding a parking place right outside the main entrance. The desk clerk didn't exude friendliness and was difficult to understand due to having a heavy accent. He also spoke quickly and softly so it was hard to understand what he was saying. He didn't mention that the WiFi password on the jacket of my passkey at time of check in (I came back to the desk to ask, then he told me). On the upside, the clerk quickly accommodated my request to move rooms once I discovered the first room smelled of stale cigarette smoke and the bathroom looked rather gross. The second room was fine. I like that the room had a mini fridge (wasn't mentioned in the posting). The air conditioning worked well and easily adjustable. The common areas had an odd smell that I couldn't quite place. This is definitely a budget operation but the lower cost made it manageable.
