It has been a while since i actually enjoy my stay in a Chicago hotel close to the airport. Me and my kids loved the place, everybody was so nice, they had fresh brewed coffee ALL DAY, my kids loved the breakfast, and it was pet friendly, even staff petted my dogs. Loved how quiet it was.

Property and staff were great! We just had an issue with someone knocking at our door at 11pm at night aggressively and then running off.

Fresh fruit. Oatmeal. Nuts. Yoquart and freshly made omelette. Clean room. Excellent customer service. Great check in. Hot coffee in the Lobby all day.

Good stay but not so much.
The hotel is well located, and the service was excellent. However, on the second night of our stay, a leak started, dripping water like a waterfall right above the bed and into the bathroom. We requested a room change, but the manager refused, stating that there was no availability.

The Staffs are so helpful when we were enjoying breakfast at the lobby. Also when I need a clean bags for my laundry and need little fix for our broken luggage. We even asked for extra clean towels and some toilet paper.

Everything was great about the property. Good staff, good breakfast overall.They provided a shuttle to go to near by place.
Only thing was room was not cleaned for 4 days. Even after request the room's trash was not taken out.

The property is older, which shows in the peeling paint here and there, dated windows, and worn furniture, but everything was clean. Beds were very comfortable. The staff members we interacted with were polite and helpful. The 2‑bedroom suite was a great fit for our group, and the large, updated bathrooms in each bedroom were a pleasant surprise. As a bonus, each room in the suite had its own temperature control.
Unfortunately, we had no hot water in our room throughout our stay. The showers remained cold despite running the water for a long time, and by the third morning the "hot" water felt icy. At that point we reported the issue to the front desk, and they did take action, but the problem wasn’t resolved before we checked out.
Location is 22 min from O'Hare, Uber estimate was $50 early morning.

It was not bad - but the facility could use a little love. No accessible wall outlets - they had been covered up? Hot water was scarce. Night stands were turned a way for them not to be useable. Asked for a plunger - was told there was only one and it was in use. Bed and pillows were not great. But everyone was friendly - so it's hard to really get mad about it. It did the trick.
