不滿：整潔度
We started off getting to the property and we were very confused because it looked so rundown we figured we’ll just see what it looks like on the inside. We waited outside for about 10 minutes punching in the code that they have given us unfortunately, they hadn’t changed the code because they were preoccupied with something else so once we finally got in the experience was Not what we were hoping for. This was a generally poor experience we came in with high expectations from the pictures and just about everything fell short as far as what we were paying to get pool table look like it got picked up off the side of the street there was water leaking in the bathroom from the ceiling and mold growing in the bathroom and there was wet dishes from the prior cleaner. It still had water in it. The bed was uncomfortable and the neighbors played music till four in the morning and someone fell down the stairs and ambulance had to get called. It was extremely disappointing. Hopefully, they can figure it out.When reaching out to the host or who owns the unit, they’re negative response was not good at all so that was also not OK. Even when I sent photos and videos of the water leaking from the ceiling and all the water damage, there is no accountability. I will not stay here again. Don’t recommend.
