The Emily Hotel

Marriott Chicago O'Hare
Shuttle was the highligh of the stay. Worst customer service ive ever experienced in any Marriott hotel ever! I mayb ever stay at a Marriott again for this reason. No staff, overbooked. Abhorrent customer service!

Chicago Club Inn & Suites
I called the hotel before we even went to confirm the pool hours and I was told 7-9. When we checked in at the front desk I asked again, and I was again told 7-9 but when we went to go to the pool the next morning before checking out, we were told the pool did not open till 12. Crowne Plaza Chicago West Loop by IHG
We enjoy the Rye restaurant and bar. Food is great and bar area is quaint and people are friendly. Parked at Arcadia Towers using spot heroes, since garage was full. Much cheaper than hotel parking, but no ins and outs !!!
